
Perks of staying up late.
I get to eat again since it’ll be a while before bed~~~
Smoothie: cantaloupe, greek yogurt, honey, and raisin (weird, right? xD)
Salad on wheat: lettuce, grape tomatoes, chicken

My grocery haul from a few days ago. :D
All for around $34. I’ve been eating really well~ :D

These are becoming my favorite breakfasts~
An egg with a little bit of over-ripened avo on a bed of green bell pepper, tomato, and carrot-filled oatmeal wiiiiith a dash of sriracha because spicy food is good food. :D

Breakfast- Honey Bunches of Oats with almond milk and a bananar
Snack I- A pretty little peach
After Workout Snack II- Chocolate water because I ran out of milk :(
Lunch- Edamame with a PB, J, and banana tortilla wrap
Snack III- A full cup of cantaloupe
Dinner- HOLY AWESOMENESS. Boiled chicken, carrots, broccoli, lettuce, and kimchi eaten with hummus and only half of the lite italian dressing pictured in my shot glass. xD
Also not pictured- I had a PB cookie and just one whopper. x)
Intake for Sunday!
Breakfast- Instant oatmeal with PB, jelly, and a banana!
Lunch- Turkey on tomato, lettuce, and whole wheat with a bit of ranch and a wedge of cantaloupe
Snack I- A pretty little peach
Dinner- Pita pizza from frozen spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, and cream of mushroom ‘cuz I didn’t have tomato sauce (actually turned out pretty good)
Snack II- Green smoothie made from cucumber, frozen spinach, cantaloupe, and a banana
Ok, so I’ve definitely been slacking on posting these. If it’s any consellation, I do still take pictures and log religiously! x)
Breakfast- Oatmeal with an egg, carrots, grape tomatoes, and a splash of shoyu
Lunch- HUGE salad from work
Dinner- I was in such a saimin mood so I fashioned some random noodle dish from chicken stock, shirataki noodles, veggies, and sausage. It was actually pretty good~
Snack- Chocolate milk from 2%

Snack I- Two servings of ice cream

Dinner- Microwave dinner with a slice of whole wheat bread

Not pictured- Mom offered me a chicken salad sandwich. D:
Today was one of those insatiably hungry days. It may have been the stress, but I’m not going to let this put a damper on June. I will fight this!
My day in eating!
Breakfast- Honey Bunches of Oats with almond milk, a banana, and PB
Snack I- A pretty little peach
Lunch- My leftover chicken adobo with my veggie whatever-you-call-it and lettuce. Don’t let the lettuce fool you; there’s a lot of food under there.
Snack II- A Clif Bar
Dinner- Avocado egg salad served on top of a tomato slice, lettuce, and whole wheat bread. Also eaten with a small serving of Macadamia nuts.
Snack III- Chocolate milk made with choco powder and 2%
Not pictured- I took a couple of bites from sis’s cheesecake.
Ate a lot more than I did the past couple of days, so I’m happy. Still working on upping my intake, but I’m satisfied with today. ^^

Breakfast- My savory oatmeal with an egg, carrots, and grape tomatoes.
Snack I- Not pictured. I was feeding my baby sis some ice cream and decided to have some myself. I had about 120 cals of it, so not too bad.
Lunch- My Vita C Pick Me Up Smoothie
Snack II- Mr. Bananaman
Snack III- Apple
Snack IV- PB&J on whole grain bread
Dinner- My healthy take on mom’s chicken adobo served on top of mushrooms, zucchini, onions, and tomatoes with scallions and grape tomatoes as garnishment. x)
I’m getting good at this whole cooking business. :D
Intake for today!
Breakfast- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Haha, I had so much fun with it. Egg white omelet with carrots in a heart, grape tomatoes in a flower, and mushrooms and scallions in the background. Served with broccoli, more grape tomatoes, and lime for garnishment. x)
Snack I- Pineapple, one sliced peach, and one peach I carved a heart into.
Snack II- Aloe juice.
Lunch- My Veggie ‘Ghetti sauce with broccoli.
Dinner- Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread.
Wasn’t able to eat enough because I got a little turned off during the afternoon, but otherwise a good day.
Intake for today!
After run- Mom and I were on the go so I was only able to grab Mr. Bananama.
Breakfast- Half of a Veggie Delight with every veggie on Italian with no cheese, only sweet onion sauce and honey mustard.
Lunch- Other half of my Subway sandwich.
Snack I- A couple of chicken katsu curry pieces mom gave me.
Snack II- Fresh pineapple!
Dinner- Just my Veggie ‘Ghetti sauce.
Ahhh today has not been ideal AT ALL. Sooo much sodium. I still had a deficit, but not as much as I wanted. Bleh. But with my newly stocked fruits and veggies, tomorrow will be a great day! :D

Breakfast- Since I woke up at noon, I decided to have a big brunch. My Veggie ‘Ghetti Sauce with brown rice and veggies.
Snack I- My hunger was still roaring so I had Mr. Bananamana.
Snack II- A half cup serving of Arctic Zero ice cream. The texture is a bit off and it really doesn’t embody the taste, but it works for me when I’m craving!
Lunch- I looked up the nutrition facts beforehand, so I got a mini Loco Moco plate from one of my fave restaurants here, L&L Hawaiian Barbeque. I then halfed that plate (even the mac salad) with my mom to save on the cals and sodium. I haven’t had this in forever and I have absolutely no regrets.
Snack III- Ok, so I totally could have done better. But when you’re craving, you’re craving. I deserved some chips. A small serving didn’t kill my day.
Dinner- My easy and cheesy spaghetti from tofu shirataki noodles, mozarella cheese, and tomatoes! Lots of tomatoes!
Aha, the first day of Sharkweek always gets me. I was supposed to be productive again today, but I needed a day to just stay in bed. It would have been nice minus the cramps. xD
